    Comparative proteomics was used to analyze protein profiles of spermatozoa from five sturgeon species and one paddlefish. Protein profiles of spermatozoa were determined by two-dimensional electrophoresis and the 23 protein spots selected as potentially species-specific, were identified using MALDI-TOF/TOF MS
