Článek přináší předběžné informace o nemocnosti 101 dětí narozených v letech 2001-2002, registrovaných u dětské lékařky ordinující v Ostravě-Radvanicích a Ostravě-Bartovicích (RaB). Podle kumulativní incidence/dítě v prvých dvou letech života pořadí nejčastějších onemocnění bylo následující: infekce horních cest dýchacích, angíny, virózy, střevní infekce, břišní a pánevní bolest a plynatost, zánět spojivek. Incidence těchto onemocnění byla u dětí z RaB několikrát vyšší než u dětí z okresů Teplice a Prachatice (zjištěné v našich předcházejících studiích).

The paper brings a preliminary information on morbidity of 101 children born in 2001 and 2002 who were registered with pediatric offices in Ostrava-Radvanice and Ostrava-Bartovice (RaB). According to the cumulative incidence/child in the period 0-2 years of their age, the order of the most frequent illnesses were as follows: upper respiratory infections, tonsilitis, viroses, intestinal infections, abdominal and pelvic pain and conjuctivitis. The incidences of the above illnesses importantly in children from RaB exceeded the incidences seen in our previous studies with children in the district of Teplice and Prachatice.
