V první části studie autor vysvětluje politické názory výše uvedených osob na počátku druhé světové války v obecných i mezinárodních souvislostech. Další část zahrnuje jedenáct publikovaných dokumentů vysvětlujících jak vnitřní tak i slovenskou zahraniční politiku.

In the first part of paper author explains the political views of the above mentioned persons at the beginning of World War II in the general and international context. The other part includes eleven published documents thoroughly explaining inner and foreign policy of Slovakia.
