    The text in question is a summary of the development of Czech continetal philosophy in the period between 1980 – 1995. The main focus of the text is the development of Czech phenomenology (J. Patočka, P. Rezek, M. Petříček) and the thought inspired by the Czech structuralism (M. Jankovič). The essay was written as a part of the seventh volume of The History of Continental Philosophy, published by the American publishing house Acumen Press.
