Tento článek shrnuje legislativní produkci ČR za rok 2009. Je založen na kvantitativním zpracování údajů z oficiálních sbírek legislativních dokumentů ČR. Podává kvantitativní přehled české legislativy za předchozí rok. Stanovuje specifickou soustavu proměnných, jimiž se snaží postihovat některé vybrané aspekty týkající se vnitřní struktury a vývoje legislativy.
The article summarises the legislative production of the Czech Republic in 2009. It is based on a quantitative processing of data from official collections of legislative documents of the Czech Republic. It presents a quantitative overview of the Czech legislation in the previous year. It determines a specific system of variables by which it attempts to grasp several selected aspects regarding the inner structure and development of legislation.
