Článek analyzuje způsob, jakým Evropský soud pro lidská práva aplikuje závěry rozsudku Bosphorus z roku 2005, který vymezil, za jakých podmínek smluvní státy odpovídají za porušení standardů Evropské úmluvy, k nimž dojde v souvislosti s jejich členstvím v mezinárodních organizacích.
The article analyzes the way in which the European Court for Human Rights applies conclusions of the Bosphorus judgement of 2005 which has laid down under what conditions the Contracting States are responsible for breaches of the Convention standards which occur due to their membership in international organizations.
