The paper deals with results of special fatigue life tests. Tube specimens made out of a mild carbon steel 11523.1,notched by a perpendicular holes were loaded by random processes of different power spectral densities. It has been found that fatigue lives build similar S-N curves like by a harmonic loading, when the deviation sd and Nb has been used.
