Na příkladu dokumentu EASA se ukazuje, že z členství v EU a vztahu národního práva k právu komunitárnímu dochází k situaci, kdy právní účinky vůči našim subjektům vyplývají přímo z dokumentů dostupných jen v cizím jazyce.
The example of the EASA document proves that due to the EU membership and the relationship between domestic law and EC law, there is a situation where the legal effects towards our entities arise directly out of documents available only in a foreign language.
