Tato přehledová studie se zaměřuje na morální kognici v kontextu šikany na základní škole. Vychází převážně ze současné odborné literatury. Shrnuje vybrané teoretické a empirické poznatky a načrtává možné směry dalšího zkoumání. Článek se zabývá jednak atribucí příčin šikany, jednak morálními aspekty motivace jednotlivých účastníků šikany. V rámci druhého tématu postupně sledujeme tři provázané oblasti: normativní oblast (normy, hodnoty a přesvědčení), oblast empatie a nakonec Bandurův koncept morální vyvázanosti.

This overview study focuses on moral cognition in the context of bullying at elementary schools. It derives mainly from the contemporary research literature. It summarizes selected theoretical and empirical findings and draws out possible directions of future research. The article deals partly with attribution of causes of bullying, partly with moral aspects of motivation of various participant roles in bullying. Within the latter issue, we address three interlinked areas: the normative area (norms, values, and beliefs), the area of empathy, and finally the Bandura’s concept of moral disengagement.
