Je proveden rozbor metody čtvrtých momentů k určení velikosti krystalitů a mikrodeformací z profilu jedné difrakční linie. Použití pojmu kumulantu je přitom velmi užitečné.
It is made an analysis of the method of fourth moments to the particle size and microstrain estimation from a single line diffraction profile. An utilization of the concept of cumulant is very useful at the same time.
