MD study of biologically important RNA three-way (3wj) of type C from the ribosome. Particularly, we studied junction from GTPase associated center (GAC) of 23S rRNA; peptidyl transferase center and the 3WJ of 5S rRNA. Main attention is paid to structural dynamics and elasticity.
