An NMR-based strategy for complete backbone and sidechain resonance assignment of disordered proteins with highly repetitive sequence was developed. This strategy allowed a complete backbone and side-chain assignment of the flexible domain of the delta subunit of RNA polymerase, which was previously not feasible with conventional methods
