    The modulation of glycosyltransferases MGAT3 and MGAT5 by chemically defined synthetic GCGN4C correlated with the improvement of NK cell effector functions and the augmentation of tumor cell sensitivity to NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity. These results demostrate the great potential of the GN4C compound as a NK cell-mediated antitumor response modulator
