Text je věnován nástěnné malbě v kapli sv. Kříže ve Svatovítské katedrále v Praze. Tato práce představuje Madonu s anděly, světci a modlícím se králem a královnou. Je možné, že votivní malba představuje Ladislava Pohrobka a Magdalénu, dceru francouzského krále Karla VII. a byla připravena při příležitosti jejich plánovaného sňatku.

The text is devoted to the mural painting in the St Cross Chapel of the St Vitus Cathedral in Prague. This work presents enthroned Virgin and Child with angels, saints and the praying king and queen. It is possible that the votive painting represents Ladislas Posthumous and Magdalena, the daughter of the French king Charles VII, and was prepared for the occasion of their planned marriage.
