    This work describes a mechanistic study aimed at finding differences in those features of mechansim of activity of new antitumor PtII complex [PtCl2(cis-1,4-DACH)] (DACH = diaminocyclohexane) which are associated with its different biological effects in comparison with conventional cisplatin.
