Hlavním úkolem bylo přijetí definice zločinu agrese, přičemž nejsložitěji se hledal kompromis v podmínkách pro výkon jurisdikce Mezinárodního trestního soudu nad zločinem agrese.

The main task was the adoption of the definition of the crime of aggression, while the most complicated task was to arrive at compromise concerning the conditions of exercise of jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court in the case of the crime of aggression.
