The response of a dipole antenna to the noise-like and/or quasi-monochromatic plasma oscillations or waves is analyzed in an isotropic plasma moving with a superthermal velocity. In case of reception of a noise like field the spectral power density is calculated and it is shown that the main contribution comes from waves with anomalous Doppler frequencies. In case of incident monochromatic wave the mean square voltage at antenna terminals is computed and it is shown that the antenna effective length exceeds its geometrical length.
