Autorka se zabývá fenomenem Pražského jara 1968, na jehož počátku stála obecná krize totalitní moci. Zaměřuje se na různé aspekty politického a sociálního vývoje v Československu, především na Komunistickou stranu Československa a její Akční program s modelem politické reformy, jakož i na aktivity občanské společnosti a mezinárodní kontext těchto událostí.

The autor deals with the phenomenon of the Prague Spring 1968, at the beginning of what stood a general crisis of the totalitarian power. She focuses on various aspects of the political and social development in Czechoslovakia, above all on the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and its Action Program with a model of the political reform as well as on the activities of civic society and the international context of these events.
