    We report on a novel analysis of the optical conductivity, the x-ray absorption and other spectroscopic data of the title compoud using exact diagonalization of pd-Hubbard Hamiltonian, DMRG technique, LSDA+U calculations as well as spin-wave fit of the neutron scattering data.
