The shape of the particles in the real fluid flows is different from the spherical. Influence of the shape on the particle motion is very interesting; however, in the common case this problem can't be solved. Therefore, the special cases of the particle shape play important role. One of such case is the particle shape near to spherical -- the rough sphere, i.e. the sphere with rough surface. In the present work this problem is studied for the rough sphere moving and simultaneously rotating in fluid. The zone of low pressure is formed behind the sphere. This zone gives the main contribution in the drag. If the sphere moves and rotates in fluid the secondary flow supplies the fluid in the zone of low pressure behind the sphere, the pressure in this zone increases and the drag decreases. In the case of a smooth sphere this effect is visible for the large angular velocity only whereas in the case of the rough sphere it can be observed even for the small one.
