V článku jsou představena nářeční pojmenování polévek, a to zelné a česnekové. Četnost pojmenování souvisí s tím, že se jedná o reálie známé téměř na celém území národního jazyka. Názvy polévek tvoří zajímavou sémanticko-slovotvornou skupinu. Jádro těchto pojmenování představují zejména jednoslovné názvy tvořené formanty -ice a -ka.
The articla deals with the dialectal names of two kinds of soups, cabbage and garlic. The variety in the names of these soups reflects the fact that this item is known troughout nearly the entire territory of the national language. The names of soups form an interesting and word-formational group. The core of these names consists of one-word names with the formants -ice and -ka.
