Článek se zaměřuje na bioetiku, jako interdisciplinární vědu zabývající se životem z různých hledisek - antropologického, teologického, filosofického aj. Jedním z problémů bioetiky je v současné době klonování. Zásadním dokumentem, který se tomuto tématu věnuje, je Dignitas personae Římskokatolické církve.
The paper is focused on bioethics, as a science interdisciplinary by its character, studying life and its anthropological, theological, philosophical and other aspects. One of the specific problems in bioethics concerns cloning. In the Roman Catholic Church, one of the most important documents on bioethics is Dignitas personae (Dignity of person 2008).
