Autor této studie se snaží ukázat, v jakém smyslu Durkheimova sociologie navazuje na problematiku moderní politické filosofie (Hobbes). Vyvazuje tak Durkheimovu sociologii z uzavření do 19. století.

The author of this study shows the continuity between Durkheim's sociology and the modern political philosophy (Hobbes). Thus Durkheim's sociology is led out from the 19th century.
