Kapitola navazuje na Hegelův koncept "boje o uznání" a rozvíjí ho z hlediska právní, sociální a politické filosofie v kontextu rozboru mezinárodního a globálního uspořádání. Reformuluje konceptu boje o sociální, právní a politické uznání v závislosti na aktuální reformulaci konceptu národního státu a konceptů mezinárodního a kosmopolitního uspořádání.

The charter follows Hegel's concept of struggle for recognition, and develops it from the point of view of legal, social, and political philosophies in the context of an analysis of international and global arrangements. It reformulates the concept of struggle for social, legal, and political recognition with respect to the contemporary reformulation of a concept of nation-state and concepts of international and cosmopolitan arrangements.
