The publication offers a basic view of the approach of the Czech Republic towards execution of the rights and fulfilment of the duties arising out of the EU membership. The publication attempts to contribute to the discussion relating to the impact of the 5-year EU membership on the operation of authorities of the Czech Republic as well as on the enactment, interpretation and application of legislation within the EU.
