Studie analyzuje tvorbu sedmi českých autorů kriminální literatury sedmdesátých a osmdesátých let po listopadu 1989. Jejich tvorba je sledována se zřetelem k přeměně české literární kultury směrem k otevřenému, tržně orientovanému, ideologicky a esteticky necenzurovanému systému, plně vystavenému vlivům západní populární kultury (např. poetice thrilleru).

The paper analyses output of seven authors of Czech crime fiction of the 1970s and 1980s after November 1989. Their careers are observed with regards to transition of Czech literary culture towards the open, market-oriented and ideologically or aesthetically uncensored system, fully exposed to the impacts of Western Popular culture (e.g. poetics of Thriller).
