Na příkladu první české lékařky Anny Bayerové (1853-1924) je analyzována problematika přístupu žen k lékařskému studiu a profesi v 19. století a osobní i profesní život prvních lékařek, které se odvážily vstoupit do tradičně mužského světa.
The author used the example of the first woman-doctor in Austria-Hungary to present not only Bayerová's problems caused by traditional prejudice which also affected her privat life because she "dared" to cross the frontier of erritory of "men".
