Jenský kodex je již od 18. století znám odborné veřejnosti, takže o něm vznikla četná odborná literatura, a to z nejrůznějších aspektů (historického, kodikologického, paleografického, teologického, uměnovědného), jejíž soupis je zde uveden. Soupis se neomezuje jen na problematiku samotného Jenského kodexu, ale zabírá širší souvislosti, pokud mohou při studiu pomoci.
