There was developed method suitable for the determination of five collagen types in biological tissues (placenta, cartilage). This method is based on the salt precipitation of collagens, their cleavage by CNBr and trypsin, and analysis of specific peptides by HPLC-MS/MS
Byla vyvinuta metoda umožňující stanovit pět kolagenních typů v biologických tkáních (placenta, chrupavka). Metoda je založena na precipitaci kolagenu solí, štěpení pomocí CNBr a trypsinu a následné analýze specifických peptidů pomocí HPLC-MS/MS
