Byl zjišťován vliv macerace v acetolyzní směsi, KOH, HNO3, Schulceho směsi, H2O2, HCl na megaspory. U megaspor docházelo k rozpadu nebo ke změnám velikosti a tyto skutečnosti mohou hrát důležitou roli v analýze a následné interpretaci fosilních společenstev.
Effect of different maceration on the megaspores size is discussed. Following techniques have been applied: acetolysis solution, KOH, HNO3, Schulze's solution, H2O2, HCl. Megaspores size changes are important for their taxonomic evaluation. The spores may be dissolved in KOH and by Schulze's solution. This may cause problems in qualitative analysis of fossil assemblages.
