Interview se zaměřuje na význam oboru dějin vědy a na jeho strukturu v České republice. Zabývá se i vývojem vědeckému výzkumu v období raného novověku a v moderní době (16. – 20. století) a možnostmi zneužití vědeckého bádání pro politické či válečné cíle.

Interview focuses on the importance of the history of science and on the structure of the research in this field in the Czech Republic. It deals with the development of scientific research in the early modern and modern period (16th-20th century) and the possibilities of misuse of scientific research for political or military objectives.
