Thin SiCx films were fabricated using hybrid laser-magnetron deposition system and pulsed laser deposition (PLD). Film topology, crystallinity, composition and chemical bonds were studied.

Tenké vrstvy SiCx byly připraveny hybridní laserovou/magnetronovou deposicí a pulsní laserovou deposicí. Byla studována topologie, struktura, složení a chemické vazby připravených vrstev.
