Autoři se zaměřili na srovnání rozdílů v úrovni sociálního kapitálu mezi populací regionu Orlicko a celé České republiky. Zjistili, že existující strukturní rozdíly ve velikosti sídel výrazně ovlivňují rozdíly mezi regionem Orlicko a celým územím České republiky, což způsobuje odlišnosti mezi různými jevy a procesy ve srovnávaných regionech.
The authors compare the basic attributes of the social capital of the population in the Orlicko region and in the entire Czech Republic. They also find out the differences between rural and urban areas that are significant for various phenomena and processes and also for social capital.
