We report simultaneously resolve both bridging oxygen and titanum atoms of the rutile TiO₂ surface using nc-AFM.

Ukazujeme možnost současného zobrazení obou kyslíkových titaniových atomů na rutilovém povrchu TiO₂ pomocí nc-AFM.
