The structures of stacking faults and twin boundaries on {121} plane in 2H structure are modelled by using of many-body potentials. Two types of stacking faults and three types of twin boundaries were found as result of calculation.

Struktury vrstevných chyb a dvojčatových hranic na {121} rovině v 2H struktuře byly modelovány pomocí mnohočásticových potenciálů. Byly nalezeny dva typy vrstevných chyb a tři typy dvojčatových hranic.
