Předkládaná studie se zaměřuje na analýzu politik regenerace ve městě Praha, které slouží jako jeden z případů sledovaných v rámci rozsáhlého mezinárodního komparativního průzkumu politik regenerace v patnácti městech ležících v devíti různých zemích vyspělého světa. Na základě studia dokumentů a rozhovorů s aktéry politik regenerace na úrovni celého města i ve dvou vybraných modelových územích jsou formulovány obecnější závěry ohledně prostorově orientovaných politik regenerace ve městě Praha.

This study presents an analysis of regeneration policies in the City of Prague, which serves as one out of a series of case studies conducted as a part of a large international comparative study of regeneration policies. Based on the study of documents and interviews with actors involved in regeneration at the city level and in two selected model neighbourhoods more general conclusions are formulated about the spatial policies of regeneration in the City of Prague.
