Kniha přináší průřez stávající problematikou znalecké činnosti, a to jak na úrovni obecné, tak specializační s orientací na ceny a odhady nemovitostí. Kolektiv autorů tvořený místopředsedou krajského soudu, dvěma soudními znalci a vedoucím katedry oceňování majetku BIVŠ ve spolupráci s Ministerstvem financí ČR seznamuje čtenáře s podstatou a problémy činnosti soudních znalců. Jde o publikaci, která v pěti kapitolách obsahuje nejnutnější minimum znalostí potřebných pro výkon znalecké činnosti nejen v oboru ekonomika, odvětví ceny a odhady se specializací na oceňování nemovitostí.

Publication brings cross-section of the current problems of forensic expertise on both general level and specialised level focusing on price and property valuation. The collective of authors including vice chairman of a district court, two forensic experts and a head of department of evaluation of assets BIVŠ in collaboration with the Ministry of finance of the Czech Republic introduces the readers to the nature and problems of activities of forensic experts. This publication in five chapters contains the essential minimal knowledge needed for the forensic expertise not only in the field of economy, prices and evaluation with specialisation on property valuation.
