Příspěvek se zabývá obrazem povodňových událostí v roce 2002 z perspektivy pomáhajících. Studie probíhala formou ohniskových skupin a k jejím výsledkům patří kromě zmapování prožívání, motivů a kritických situací při poskytování pomoci také modely poskytování komplexní humanitární i psychosociální pomoci a provázení, jak je navrhují na základě své zkušenosti sami pomáhající.

The report deals with the aid workers' views of the 002 floods. The study was carried out using data from focus groups in which aid workers had taken part. As well as mapping the feelings, motives and crises experienced by the members, it introduces their own models for providing complex humanitarian and psychosocial aid, proposed on the basis of their experience.
