    We contrasted the global structure of angiosperm and mammalian genomes and we proposed the mechanisms responsible for differences in genome dynamics of these two groups including polyploidization, recombination and retrotransposition.

    Porovnali jsme globální strukturu genomů krytosemenných rostlin a savců a navrhli jsme možné mechanizmy způsobující rozdíly v dynamice genomů obou skupin, jako je polyploidizace, rekombinace a retrotranspozice.
