    Behaviour of riboflavin-binding protein and its interaction with riboflavin were studied using chronopotentiometric peak H. It was possible to distinguish between apoprotein (without riboflavin) and holoprotein form (with riboflavin). Subnanomolar concentrations of the protein were detected.

    Chování riboflavin-vázajícího proteinu a jeho interakce s riboflavinem byly studovány pomocí chronopotenciometrického píku H, přičemž na rtuťové elektrodě bylo možné rozlišit apoprotein (bez navázaného riboflavinu) a holoprotein (s ribovlavinem). Subnanomolární koncentrace proteinu byly citlivě detekovány.
