First experience with the tension-free vaginal tape secur system procedure has shown low percentage of perioperative complications. The learning curve has to be taken in account with reference to postoperative complications.

První zkušenosti s použitím krátké beztenzní vaginální pásky naznačily nízké procento komplikací v průběhu operace. Pooperační komplikace souvisejí s adaptační schopností pacienta.
