Genetic analysis in Ascending Aortic Dilatation Patiens was performed. New mutation in fibrilin gene was indentified. Influence of this mutation on patient phenotype picture was discussed.

Byla provedena genetická analýza osob s dilatací ascendentní aorty.Byla nalezena nová mutace v genu pro fibrilám. Byl diskutován vliv této mutace na fenotypový obraz pacienta.
