In mammalian central nervous system, neurogenesis occurs in the hippocampus and the subventricular zone (SVZ). Our results indicate that 3 x Tg-AD mice have impaired SVZ cell proliferation, which exacerbates with age.
V CNS savců se neurogeneze vyskytuje v hipokampu a v subventrikulární zóně (SVZ). Naše výsledky prokázaly, že v SVZ transgenních zvířat s modelem Alzheimerovy choroby (3xTg-AD) je narušena proliferace buněk, která se s věkem ještě prohlubuje.
