Novel racemic carbocyclic nucleoside analogues of 6-chloropurine, adenine, and 6-(cyclopropylamino)purine derived from bicyclo- [2.2.2]octane-2,2-dimethanol were prepared and tested for the activity against Coxsackie virus (CVB3).
