Ze vzorku dat reprezentujících primární předpisy, sekundární předpisy a judikaturu nejvyšších soudů od roku 1993-2007 autor dochází k závěrům, že v rámci právního jazyka je oprávněné hovořit o jazyku primárních, sekundárních předpisů a jazyku judikátů.

On the basis of a data sample representing primary and secondary regulations and judgements of Supreme Courts between 1993-2007, the author arrives at a conclusion that within the legal language it is justified to distinguish the language of primary and secondary regulations and the language of judgements.
