Founder events on population level were identified in the invasion process of Heracleum mantegazzianum in western Swiss Alps. Anthropogenic dispersal may be a main factor in invasion and multiple independent introductions were revealed.
V invazních populacích bolševníku velkolepého v západních švýcarských Alpách byl detekován tzv. founder event ("efekt zakladatele"). Šíření člověkem je jedním z hlavních faktorů v invazi tohoto druhu. Ve studované oblasti byly potvrzeny opakované nezávislé introdukce.
