    DNA adducts of bifunctional antitumor cisplatin or monodentate [PtCl(dien)]Cl (dien = diethylenetriamine) inhibit eukaryotic topoisomerase 1 (top1) action, the adducts of cisplatin being more effective. The presence of camptothecin markedly enhances effects of Pt-DNA adducts on top1 activity depending on the sequence context.

    Bifunkční adukty cisplatiny účinněji inhibují aktivitu eukaryontní topoisomerázy 1 (top1) než monofunkční adukty [PtCl(dien)]Cl (dien = diethylenetriamine). Přítomnost camptothecinu zesiluje efekt aduktů platnatých komplexů v závislosti na sekvenci DNA.
