Der Verfasser versucht in dem Beitrag, zwei auf den ersten Blick unterschiedliche Bestimmungen des Verhältnisses von Religion und Staat in der Enzyklopädie auf der einen und in der Rechtsphilosophie auf der anderen Seite zu verbinden.

The problem, which should be solved in this essay, is that of two prima faciae incompatible sugestions how to understand the relationship of the state and the religion in Hegel's nzyklopedie der philosophischen Wissenschaften on the one hand and in his Philosophy of Right on the other hand.
