Synthesis and characterization of N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide (HPMA)-copolymer–based drug carriers targeted on specific receptors in the membrane of endothelial cells by oligopeptides (GRGDG, cyclo(RGDfK), and PHSCN) are described in this study.
