Článek se věnuje analýze regionálních disparit ve finanční dostupnosti nájemního bydlení v České republice. V příspěvku je diskutována problematika měření finanční dostupnosti bydlení i nedostupnosti zdrojů dat. Příspěvek ukazuje výsledky analýzy regionálních rozdílů ve finanční dostupnosti nájemního bydlení v letech 2000 – 2006. Cílem příspěvku je zjistit, zda se disparity mezi regiony a mezi různými typy domácností zvyšovaly nebo snižovaly.

The paper focuses on an analysis of regional disparities in rental housing affordability in the Czech Republic. In the paper, the issue of measuring housing affordability and the lack of relevant data set(s) are discussed. The paper shows selected results of analysis of regional disparities in rental housing affordability in the period 2000 – 2006. The aim of the paper is to discover whether the disparities have been growing or shrinking among regions and among different types of households.
